11th GTS PL Interview

yay ! LOL ..
2day was the scout's PL ( patrol leader ) interview ...
hmm ... the interview start at 4.30 ... before that we have a 'LITTLE' training for them ...
hahh ...
its quite little but DISSAPOINT for us form 3 , which interviewed those form 2 interviewers ...
hahh ...
well ... 13 ppl attended the interview ... so means one will be KICKED !
haha .. cruel ~~
at 1st ... we planned to give them 10 rounds of school field run , and few rounds of basketball court running training .... but then ,
something happened ...
they run and run .. slow like hell ... even i can catch up with walking ...
and ..
someone just fainted at the 2nd round ..!!!
HOLY !!
after that ... we decided to give them a short break at their 5th round ...
and u know what happened during the break ?
SOMEONE QUARREL WITH O.C COZ BEH SIOK !!!
HOW RIDICULOUS !!
1ST TIME EVER SEE JUNIOR QUARREL WITH SENIOR !!
but of coz ...
senior is always the winner ... =P
few even CRIED !! OMG !
hahh ...
few month ago ... someone in their form said " we form 2 can win u all form 3 "
then few month after ...
they din show us what we have expected ...
13 ppl only for the interview - bad expectation .. dissapointed
2 keeps ' muscle cramp ' and can even stand up with one leg ..
1 fainted ... worst ...
total up ....
ANSWER = WORST EXPECTATIONS ... DISSAPOINTED RESULT

A : hmm .. are u sure ??
B : mayb ...
A : we're lacking one more secretary now and all people wanted camp warden ..
B : then i want secretary ...
A : we have totally no training master ...
B : then i'll do training master ... LOL ....!
A : ROFL ...! Okayy .. what makes u think that u can become a training master ...
B : err .. i know how to manage things .. sort of tables .. plan ... etc ...
A : how many percent do u think u can get the post ... ?
B : err ... 60 ...
A : why look down at urself ?? be more confident ...
B : okayy ... 100 ..
A : LOL !!!
A : do u mind if u cant get the post ?
B : err .. its okayy for me ...
